Being one of Australia’s largest online retailers taking hundreds of orders each day, we have negotiated the best delivery rates available with the most reliable courier services in Australia including, Australia Post and Aramex couriers.
We have the most advanced automated logistics available in place to ensure you get your package as fast, as accurate and with as little fuss as possible. All of this at no cost to you.

Depending on where you live in Australia, you would expect to receive your item within 2-10 business days, with the majority of orders being delivered within the same week from when the order payment was received.

Couriers

We recommend and use Australia Post and Aramex couriers, with Australia Post you may receive a knock on the door or a card in the letterbox indicating your item is available for pickup from the local post office.

Aramex couriers have a reputation as one of Australia's Fastest and most reliable courier services and most larger items will generally be sent this way. Once your shipment reaches the nearest depot the item will be assigned to your local Aramex Courier who will then normally notify you of the delivery day.
While we do deliver to PO Boxes, this currently can only be done by Australia Post, therefore some items including most bulky and large items cannot be delivered to a PO Box as Australia post will not accept items larger than their maximum 105cm limit.

Delivery Tips

To ensure your delivery runs smoothly and as you would expect please follow our important tips below:

  • Make sure your delivery address is 100% correct and complete before your purchase.
  • Include a mobile phone number as the courier may need to contact you.
  • Please note that couriers generally do not normally deliver on weekends.
  • Public Holidays will always slow down a delivery.
  • We ship to PO Boxes using Australia Post.
  • Incorrect addresses or second sends will incur additional freight charges.
